I made this video for a friend to show him how I use reusable wire ties (aka zip ties) to secure the excess webbing of my tie down straps, especially when hauling my motorcycle in an open trailer. This keeps the excess webbing from thrashing about, and therefore prevents damage to the paint and other parts of the motorcycle.
Of course, this method is useful for whenever tie down straps are being used.

This video shows how cam buckle straps are great ATV tie downs. Cam straps are quick and easy to use, and have plenty of strength to hold large ATVs. Just make sure the working load limit of the straps exceeds the weight of the ATV you are tying down.

Mrs. Wranglerstar will show you the basics of how to use ratchet straps. Why are ratchet straps so hard to use? Let her show you a few tips that will make your life a bit easier. I think one reason ratchet straps are so hard to use is because they get dry and need a little bit of WD-40. The second issue is learning how to release the winding wheel.
